PLACING ORDERS AND CONTRACT CREATION
No contract will be formed until you have received an email stating that your order has been “despatched”.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND DESCRIPTION
Due to being a small business, occasionally items that are shown on our website will not be in stock – in this case we will email you with options, including a full immediate refund. Please note refunds can take between 3-5 working days to process.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT and in GBP (£). International orders will be charged in GBP and any fees by your card company is not our responsibility.
We reserve the right to change our product/price information without any notice given.

We aim to delivery all orders by the estimated date set out in our delivery terms. In the event that your order is delayed for any reason within our control, we will do our very best to inform you of an estimated delivery date.
All orders within the UK will be posted by Royal Mail or via Courier for heavier parcels. Orders may require a signature upon delivery. All international deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail Air Mail or by courier for heavier parcels. Any additional charges that may be incurred for customs clearance must be paid by you.
If your order is late, please contact us via email or our contact page. We can only refund non-deliveries when the parcel is officially classified as lost by Royal Mail. This is 15 working days after the date of delivery. We will always try our very best to make sure you receive your order in time.
Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
If the product(s) is/are not despatched within 30 days of placing your order, you are entitled to cancel the order and be refunded for that order. Please read our Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.
Ownership of the products will pass to you from the time of delivery. If you decide to return your product(s) to use for a refund or exchange in accordance with our Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges Policy, risk will remain with you until we have received the return product(s).
WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
If you are purchasing products as a consumer: unless specific warranties are stated at checkout – we do not give any warranties or guarantees in respect of such products over and above those implied by law. This includes, for example, that products are of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly used for; we remain responsible.
Unless stated, promotional codes cannot be combined and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount. It is up to you to use the promotional code that has the biggest benefit to you.
